Return Policy for the ThroPot and Inserts

At Sylpa Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of shipping to return your ThroPot or inserts for a refund under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns:The product must be unopened and unused.
   The product must be returned in its original packaging.
   
2. Refund Details:Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will issue a full refund, minus the cost of shipping.
   The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
   
3. Return Process:Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return.
   We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send the product(s).
   Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
   
4. Damaged or Defective Items:If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
